Our products are made to order and therefor we can not accept change of mind returns.  Should the item have been damaged during transit, please get in touch with our office within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email some photos.  Your item will be replaced at no costs to you. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For any other information please feel free to get in touch.
