Our products are made to order and therefore we cannot accept change of mind returns. Each order is packaged professionally to avoid any damage during the transit. Should the item have been damaged during transit, please get in touch with our office within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email some photos. Your item will be replaced at no costs to you. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
